Next meeting is on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009, at Barley and Wine in Modesto.
It would be great if people could bring their refractometers and hydrometers. We will be going over how to make sure they are working correctly and other tips and tricks.
Don’t forget to bring your beer stories either. This is apart of the Modesto Mashers brewing project on how to brew like a monk (basically how to make home brew even more awesome). We are taking member’s beer ideas and thoughts from paper to the bottle.
Finally, feel free to bring some American Brown Ale to share and enjoy. This is the style of our next throwdown which is happening in July. Everyone is welcome to brew a beer or even a few beers for the bi-monthly throwdowns.
